Our Leadership Team
Donna Casey
Director and General Manager
Donna is a values-driven leader and certified NDIS nerd—she actually loves the rules (in a good way) because they help people get great outcomes and they keep the NDIS sustainable. She was an executive director of LAC/ECEI operations at Intereach during the rollout of the NDIS across Loddon, Mallee, Murrumbidgee and Goulburn, then held a senior leadership position in one of central Victoria’s largest disability providers before becoming General Manager & a Director at Victorian Specialist Support Services. Donna builds strong, values-based teams and cultures—and switches off by camping, holidaying, gardening, walking her doggo Frankie and being with family and friends.
Recruitment and Resourcing Director
With 15+ years in the dental world as a Dental Assistant and Oral Health Therapist—and a few years launching a customer-service biz in Bendigo—Jess is our rostering guru. Calm under pressure, she works her way through the roster like a boss, handling many tasks at once while matching participants with amazing staff who share their interests, goals, and vibe. After seeing a loved one struggle with irregular, unskilled support, Jess and her husband, Nic, started VSSS to lift standards and make support genuinely life-enhancing with genuinely great support workers!

Maddi Dajcic
Practice Lead
Maddi has spent almost 10 years in community services — starting out as a Support Worker, climbing her way up to Practice Lead, with a few side gigs as Incident Officer and Pathways Officer thrown in for good measure.
She’s the queen of multitasking — juggling teams, paperwork, and the odd crisis — without dropping the ball, just her pen! Maddi’s all about helping people find their confidence, grow their skills, and do their best work for participants. Basically, she’s your go-to for good vibes and great practice.
When she’s off duty, Maddi swaps coaching sessions for chaos — wrangling two tiny humans, chasing caffeine, and squeezing in time with friends and family (ideally all at once, with a coffee in hand).
Senior Support Worker
Jack spends most of his week out and about supporting clients, but we’re lucky enough to have him in the office a couple of times a week — where he bravely puts up with “the girls” and their endless chatter.
When he’s not juggling admin or helping out wherever needed, you’ll find Jack outdoors making the most of it: golfing, shooting hoops, going for a run, or keeping his lawn looking better than most public parks. His loyal dog is usually by his side, making sure he doesn’t sit still for too long!
Reliable, easygoing, and always up for a laugh, Jack’s the kind of teammate everyone wants on their side — both on and off the court.

Intake Officer
Rachel is often the first person participants meet—and she makes every interaction warm, simple, and stress-free. With a background in Health Science, Paramedicine and clinical drug trials, she brings a wealth of transferable skills to the NDIS, combining medical knowledge, practical experience, and empathy to guide participants confidently through the intake process. Outside of work, Rachel is usually enjoying the outdoors camping, cracking a few laughs, or spoiling her two “fur kids” like the VIPs they are. She has also been known to devour some light NDIS reading as she is our budding NDIS nerd #2.
